Weight Loss Services
We offer medically supported weight loss for women, as well as hormone testing and individualized protocols for hormone health. Your medications and supplies are shipped directly to your home from the compounding pharmacies we work with.
You may be eligible for medically supported weight loss if you have a BMI >30, or >27 with one weight related comorbidity such as high blood pressure, elevated blood sugar, diabetes, high cholesterol, or PCOS. You can calculate your BMI here.
We do not accept or bill insurance. We can provide a superbill for your visit.

$299 Initial Visit
($100 nonrefundable initial visit fee, $199 medication + supplies)
Price includes visit + medication
At your initial visit, you will complete intake into our weight loss program. We will order lab work to identify metabolic issues and nutritional deficiencies. You have the option of adding on specialized hormone testing through the DUTCH Complete test. You will receive your prescription for semaglutide and medication will be shipped to your home.
Initial lab work will be ordered and is not included in the price, but may be billed to your insurance directly through the lab.
Monthly Follow Up Visits
$340-450 per month
Price includes visit + higher dose of medication
Months 3+
Continue with monthly visits with your Nurse Practitioner to monitor your weight loss, nutrition, activity, and navigate plateaus. This price includes ongoing prescription semaglutide medication and supplies.
Repeat lab work will be ordered as needed and is not included in the price, but may be billed to your insurance directly through the lab.
Tirzepatide
$375-550 per month
Pricing based on medication dose and includes visit
Tirzepatide is the active ingredient in Mounjaro and Zepbound and may be used as an alternative to semaglutide. Monthly visits with your Nurse Practitioner are included in this cost.
Lab work is not included in the cost but may be billed to your insurance directly through the lab.

Initial Visit $ 250 Follow-Up Visit $200
If you’re looking to optimize your hormones and aren’t specifically focused on weight loss with semaglutide, this is a great place to start. Your Nurse Practitioner will review your symptoms and lifestyle and provide recommendations for hormone testing to evaluate your estrogen, testosterone, progesterone, and cortisol levels. Based on the results of your tests, she will help develop a plan that may include bio identical hormone replacement therapy, nutritional supplements, and lifestyle interventions to support your return to balance.
